Issue #14 | October 2008

  Introduction

Welcome to the Spring edition of IP News. Now that daylight saving has begun, we can all enjoy the longer daylight hours and, hopefully, more settled weather. It is also a good time to make sure you check your smoke alarms and replace batteries.

In this edition we cover the highlights of the New Zealand Community Safety and Injury Prevention Awards held in Wellington at the beginning of September. Well done to all winners.

As always, we welcome any items of interest to be included in future editions of IP News.

Stay safe.
