Issue #20 | October 2009

  Introduction

It doesn't seem two months since the last edition of IP News. It has been a busy couple of months. Welcome to our new subscribers - we hope you are finding our publication useful and informative. Don't forget to pass on our subscriber link to your friends and colleagues.

The warmer weather is on the way, already there have been some nice Spring days. It won't be long before we are out enjoying Summer activities. Water Safety New Zealand are preparing for their summer marketing with new radio adverts to air in January. You can have a listen to them in our National Updates section as well as some tips from NZ Transport Agency on driver fatigue - very timely with Labour Day on Monday 26 October.

With Spring comes Daylight Saving. This is a good reminder to check your smoke alarms. If you didn't do this while putting all your clocks forward, do it now!

Enjoy the longer evenings and, as always, be safe.
